SA: Hicks still expected to face tribunal, says father

ADELAIDE, Feb 20 AAP - Australian terror suspect David Hicks was still expected to
face a military tribunal in Cuba despite moves by the United States to free other detainees,
his father Terry said today.

Mr Hicks said the decision was good news for those to be freed, but there was no such
prospect for his son.

"At this stage it's definitely going to be the military tribunal that he faces and
he doesn't go anywhere until that's done," Mr Hicks said.

"So I suppose it's good luck for one country and bad luck for another."
