ALBANY -- Pearl C. Soffey, 93, died Friday, September 11, 1998 at Albany Memorial Hospital. She was born in Albany, the daughter of the late Emmett and Alma Decker Rogers. Mrs. Soffey was employed for many years as a child care technician at St. Peter's Hospital, Albany, retiring in the mid 70's. Not withstanding her age, she was energetic, active and independent to the time of her demise. She was the wife of the late Michael Soffey.
