Qld: Crackdown on hoons
Queensland Police have confiscated almost 200 vehicles under anti-hooning laws introducedlast year.
Police Minister TONY MCGRADY says 170 vehicles were confiscated in November and December.
Under the anti-hooning laws, police can confiscate vehicles for 48 hours for a firstoffence, up to three months for a second offence, and indefinitely after a third offence.
